We bought a Bassett home in 2021 and are still trying to get our “punch list” completed. The contractors they send are not reliable and now don’t even answer calls or texts.

I literally just called this business and was met with an extremely unprofessional woman who was cussing and yelling at children in the background calling them “ugly”. I had to get off of the phone, I thought I had the wrong number until I asked if this was “Bassett Construction” in which she responded “yes”. I will not look for them to extend my patio and do service for my house. I’m hoping it was just the employee answering the phone and not the business in general. Please do better

I I called the number and he asked me $230 for estimate when I said no he’s telling me they not actually building deck . The number is on here is a spam Very unprofessional.

We used Bassett to construct our Trek deck and screened in porch and I was extremely impressed with Bassett from start to finish. Diego was great in working with us to design the deck and porch and develop the estimate, and Luis and his crew did amazing work. Very reasonably priced as well.

The end of the year is the best time to look back and be thankful for things that went right during the past year. One of those we have to be grateful for is our new deck built by Bassett Construction. We are devout procrastinators so our original deck was in need of total replacement and after interviewing several contractors, we settled on Bassett Construction.
