The resptionist was the most impressive part of this whole experience. I have a fear of the dentist and it's because dentist like this that are lazy and entitled. He referred me to an oral surgeon because I was nervous. Not because I require A specialist. Or it was a situation he could not handle only because I was too nervous. I have called and left messages and I have submitted their online form but I have never heard back from them. Perhaps they are very good at their job and thus very busy. What they are not good at is the common courtesy of responding to a potential customer.
