Chad and his team were exceptional!! We needed a new sub panel and a general idea of what improvements can be made to our system. Chad was prompt, professional, courteous, and honest. Our system needed more than what we anticipated and Chad worked with us to prioritize projects. He worked diligently with the electric company, all the while communicating with us where things stood. We will definitely hire Basset Electric for all our projects going forward and strongly recommend them to anyone!

We recently bought a new home and needed to get new lighting installed as well as replace old fixtures. The owner, Chad, came over and inspected our whole house, listened to what we wanted, gave suggestions when we asked him, and followed through with the timeline/budget we wanted to work with! He came three days in a row (even during the weekend) to fix, replace, install, drill, crawl, and climb all over the house in order to get the changes we needed and wanted.
