Horrific experience, careless
A traumatising experience to say the least. Went in for annual jabs, and the 1st jab was put in, and then went through, out the other side, onto my daughter. They then tried to re-inject my boy, only for him to become fearful. So she attempted to muzzle him, but to no avail as the muzzle was too small for my Jack Russel. She then placed a lead around his neck that tightened, the more he resisted, until we intervened. He was then taken out the back and jabbed!! Absolutely fantastic care and quick with lots of heads up advice. We took our little boy because our usual bearer bet was full and we weren’t even aware of where the Bassendean vet hospital was but we were stoked with their help when we were In Need. We Recommend Dr Joe! And one of the other vets got our little boy back on his feet pain free within a few days after he hurt his back playing. Thank you Dr’s!
Always very caring and reasonably priced. Very compassionate during the difficult times with our pets.
