Beyond Disappointed and disgusted with Bassendean Total Health Care and the way they have treated my partner today with his appointment. A appointment was made this morning for this afternoon, booked hours in advance. When my partner had arrived at BTHC just before he was treated unfairly and I would say discriminated against. Staff are lovely, professional and helpful. Doctors are all caring individuals.
GPs, nurses, and receptionists are very caring and understanding. BTHC is one of the kindest health care I've visited in Perth.
