Staff are lovely, professional and helpful. Doctors are all caring individuals.
GPs, nurses, and receptionists are very caring and understanding. BTHC is one of the kindest health care I've visited in Perth.
Dr Emmanuel Awogun is a thorough, caring, respectful doctor well equipped to deal with complex medical issues. My experience as a woman has been positive. I am included in my healthcare journey and spoken to. All personal exams are conducted by Casie, the practice nurse, also equally professional. She also gives the best vaccines to needle phobic children!!! 5 stars for Bassendean total healthcare.
