I'm not sure If the lady still works there or not, hopefully she has been fired by now especially after seeing all the other comments. I was ment to write this review some time ago but never got around to it. All the staff at this post office are great except 1 brunette haired lady with glasses who works or used to work at the front desk, she was always nasty, rude, blunt and hating life when serving me but this one time really upset me to tears. This has to be the worst post office in whole WA This post office must have the world worse staff by far, I always been having issues with my parcel. My parcel either gets lost, or the driver doesn't attempt to leave the parcel when you already paid for extra delivery. I was on the phone on hold for 37 minutes before anyone picked the phone. This lady called me a different name to mined and basically made me be a liar when I told her there was no driver attempted to leave a card at my house for collection. Honestly to God, I... read more
