My first appointment with Bassendean Optical for an eye test. I've worn glasses for a loooonng time: Basso has the best eye care service in Perth, look no further ;-] The staff are so friendly and Dominique was especially caring, professional, and took the time to explain the tests and results. Their equipment is modern and clean. You can clearly see what is going on inside your eyes. The range and choice of glasses was great and the fittings, personalised! Awesome team, awesome optometry.

I’ve lived in Bassendean for eight years and have always gone to Specsavers; however, I often felt their service was more focused on upselling. On a whim, I made an appointment with Bassendean Optical, and I’m so glad I did. The staff are lovely, genuinely helpful, and very informative. Dominique was the optician who tested my eyes—she was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain all of my results clearly. Thank you to the team at Bassendean Optical. I will definitely be back.

Thank you to the whole team at Bassendean Optical, from Matt getting my son another appt to Nicky who was so wonderful during his pre-appointment checks and most of all Dominique who has taken the utmost care with him throughout his appointments. Her consultations have been so thorough, and she is just so lovely with him, it has been a pleasure to attend. We have always had wonderful care here previously, but are so appreciative for Dominque since she has come on board.
