Thank you to the whole team at Bassendean Optical, from Matt getting my son another appt to Nicky who was so wonderful during his pre-appointment checks and most of all Dominique who has taken the utmost care with him throughout his appointments. Her consultations have been so thorough, and she is just so lovely with him, it has been a pleasure to attend. We have always had wonderful care here previously, but are so appreciative for Dominque since she has come on board.
The staff and optometrist Michael have all been kind, caring and professional in helping my mum with her eye care needs over the years. At a recent emergency situation, Michael went out of his way to source a specialist appointment, phoning his contacts as well as providing reports and images. Reassuring mum and explaining the likely treatment and care required. Wonderful experience at this pracyice. Thank you 🙏
