Purchased a gas log fireplace from them for our cabin that was for back up heat well not even a year old and maybe used 2 times it won't light called them $250 dollars it working again for just a little bit it won't light again have to have it worked on second time pilot light stay light all year started it at chirstmas and 45 minutes later it shuts off third time its another $260 dollars we paid 3500 for this and have used it for maybe 2 hours total would not recommend buying from them
