Have been a customer for years. My first grill way back in the 90s was Broilmaster that I passed to my kids. Bought a Weber Genesis in 2014 that had finally worn out. Stopped in today to look at another Weber to find out they don’t sell anymore. Our sales associate Andrew listened to our needs and we bought a great Napoleon grill . The Weber has been faithful but looking forward to this new grill!
We are the proud owners of a beautiful new fireplace and stone wall, installed with competence and creativity by Chris and Alex. We can't compliment these two enough. Totally professional, they worked with us every step of the way, through tear out of the old system, to the installation of the new unit and artistic masonry work. It is refreshing to work with professionals who have the capability, committment and trustworthiness of Chris and Alex. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
Great experience here today. Sales Manager Jim Cook was awesome I went in looking for a fireplace insert and he was fantastic he explained everything in detail he did not pressure me or try to up-sell me he just shared information about each product and price. He was easy to work with to come out and measure my fireplace so I can order my insert. Great customer service experience here so far.
Had a new vented fireplace put in replacing an old ventless fireplace, and what a great difference! Chris and a few helpers did a fantastic job, and it wasn’t easy!!! Thank you so much for a job well done!!!
