Called Bassemiers to get quote for a pergola. Taylor came out and discussed size, color, and options. Very professional. The wait was finally over and the time came for installation. Jason and his crew came out on an extremely hot day and did a wonderful job. The crew was very professional and great to deal with. The outcome exceeded my expectations. This is why I didn’t think twice about using Bassemiers for this. Always remember you get what you pay for.
The people at Bassemiers were all very friendly and easy to work with when we decided to purchase something from them. From the sales floor to when they came and installed our jacuzzi, they were always super friendly and easy to cooperate with.
Nothing but good things to say about buying our spa from Bassemiers. They kindly held onto the spa while our contractor prepared the site and electrical at our house, and the delivery and installation team worked extremely hard under difficult conditions to place it exactly where we wanted it. Purchased a Jacuzzi hot tub and love it! Everything was smooth…from the asking of questions, to the purchase and the delivery/setup. The salesperson (Kelly) was great, informative and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back in the future!
