From the initial visit to the showroom with Patrick to the installation by Jason and Alex, we were impressed by the way everything went. Best customer service we’ve received in a long time.
By far exceeded our expectations the gas logs look amazing.
We got an electric fireplace from bassemeiers. Ordering/paying/scheduling went well. The frustrating part was when they went to install and even though we had someone come out in advance to assess if the fireplace would work, they overlooked something significant which mean they had to do electrical things involving the panel which cost more.
