Buyer Beware--We have had nothing but negative experiences with Bassemiers since purchasing our wood burning stove there in 2017. When we initially purchased the unit and hearth, they double charged our debit card for the initial deposit to the tune of thousands of dollars. When we hired them to sweep the chimney in 2019, "Andrew," the chimney sweep, damaged our equipment, so the next time we used the stove the house filled with smoke.
