It was a great experience! Claudia did a great job helping me get there and helping me with my appointment. The doctor is very knowledgeable with a great bed-side manner. I am 63 and just finding out about more allergies. So, if you don’t feel 100%, then go to the Allergy and Immunology Center and get check.
Dr. Bassem and his staff are an example of how medicine should be practiced. He took his time to explain every step of treatment, excellent bed manner and highly professional. Front office was kind, compassionate and accommodating. 10/10
Great office. Well organized, never too long of a wait, and very professional. Front desk and scheduling very assessable too and staff is a delight.
