What started off as a simple rotator cuff tear lead to 2 rotator cuff surgeries, a reverse total shoulder replacement, and 4 years of horrible pain. We travel back-and-forth to Boston from Buffalo, NY to see Dr. Bassem Elhassan for our daughter as we did when he was at the Mayo clinic in Minnesota. From start to finish, Dr Elhassan and his staff were pure perfection! Bassem was amazing each and every time my husband Mark saw him. We love everything about him.
