The culture in this practice is amazing. The entire team is dedicated to making every patient feel heard and special. Dr El Hassan got me pain free after being in pain for several years. I wish I could review Dr. Elhassan twice, because I would give him a second 5 star review, but Google only allows me one review. So on 8-18-25 I flew back up to Boston for my second Sternoclavicular (SC) joint resection by Dr Elhassan within 90 days. I know,, I know… I’m crazy. I upgraded my insurance to cover surgery for 90 days. I needed the same surgery on both sides, so why not do them both? Dr. Elhassan changed my life! I had two prior surgeries on my left shoulder and had been dealing with constant chronic pain for many, many years. I had tried cortisone injections several times a year for years but never really had much relief. My initial injury was back in 2002, it was the biggest SLAP tear my surgeon had ever repaired. I then had a rotator cuff tear which was fixed in 2018.
