They wanted me to text my insurance information instead of over th e phone or I. Person and I told them I didn’t feel it was secure via text so they said “we wouldn’t be able to verify your insurance” after confirming they accept my Aetna elect choice. Hands down the worst reception and call I have ever in my many years alive have experienced. She kept mumbling as well and I had to ask her repeatedly to repeat and I still couldn’t understand here. Just called today 7/23/26 Th. 5 minutes ago. AWFUL!

Pleasant and couteous staff. Dr. Noumi makes you feel at ease and is very thorough with your concerns. He treats both my grandson and myself. We are both very pleased with our care.
