The Nurse Practitioner was late and no one told me about it. I waited over 30 minutes before I was called back to the room. N.P. performed various tests and when Dr. Malo came in, he was dismissive and said, "everyone shakes their leg and has this problem". He did not ask any other questions about how I am bothered by it and I could tell the N.P. was biting her tongue. I left the office with orders to get bloodwork. I spent 3 hours to be dismissed about a real problem for me and told to just go get lab work.

Dr Milo office staff does not care about his patients. They will refuse you to see the doctor but expect you to pay full price fees. They refuse to transfer your medical information when requested so you can see a different doctor because his office staff is so horrible you have to go to another doctor. If you care about your medical health DO Not go here for help.

I went to over 10 drs in under 3 years before seeing Dr. Malo. It’s about a 4 month wait, yet well worth it. I had doctors not listening to me and telling me I was fine when I knew I wasn’t. Dr. Malo went over all my information, exams me, and said he believed me. He ordered multiple tests and within 2 months of my appointment I had 3 chronic illnesses diagnoses and I can no longer work due to the chronic pain I am in. Small fiber neuropathy, POTS, and Sjogren’s. I am very thankful for Dr. Malo.

Dr. Malo and his assistance Dr. Lauren were more than wonderful. They took the time to answer all of our questions and was thorough with our visit. I'm not sure why there was a bad review on him but I assure you, his bedside manner was great. Even Ginger who helped schedule the MRI was super kind and helpful. If you are looking for a kind Neurologist, check this office out. When you meet Dr. Malo and Dr. Lauren, you won't regret it. I'm very thankful for them both. ~Chris

My father went in this morning for an appointment (that has been scheduled for several weeks), he took off an entire day of work and spent an hour driving to the office. He's had the issue he was being seen for a long while and is desperate for help. He and my mother spent an hour filling out paper work and were taken back to a room. They spent another hour waiting for Dr. Malo to come in. At that point a nurse came in and told them that the doctor had refused to see them on the grounds that he was seen by a different neurol... read more

If you're looking for a doctor that cares about you, and listens to you, this isn't him. He absolutely refused to order MRIs that I, and another doctor, have reason to believe will be helpful. He thinks highly of himself, and said he's 'just as good as tbe doctors at Washington University, that was a funny joke. He refused to help me get the accommodations at my university that would help me reduce unnecessary pain and suffering THAT HE HAS THE POWER TO DO. He refused to. Do not use Dr.Malo. Go ANYWHERE else.
