Dr Bassam Khabbaz is an incredible doctor and my family had him for many years. However, last year his wife, who has taken over the practice front office , treated me extremely rudely. I can only assume because my insurance changed, as I switched jobs, which is a common occurrence in HVAC right now, where my industry is moving ahead of inflation devaluation of salary, turnover has become high.
