I'll be honest, not a fan of the new people in the front desk unfortunately, phones go ringing and ringing without anyone answering because they having girl talk, there are people who need appointments yet they always stop answering the phone at 4:30... you close at 5. This inconveniences his patients FYI.
This dr office has a terrible front desk im a diabetic been that way for over 30 years and the front desk here refused to call in a pre authorization I've been waiting on a free style libre meter for over a month now and still waiting on the front desk to call in a pre authorization smh hope I'm still alive to see a response
The staff, nurses, and Dr Thwainey were friendly, attentive and thorough in our visits. I bring my whole family here, from 7 years old down to 9 months old. The doctor himself calls me back to give lab results and they absolutely love children. They really care about the patient here.
Had my first appointment with the Dr. Yesterday, and I am hoping to be a patient of his for a long time. He did not rush me, and spent plenty of time getting my history. We talked about what my health goals were, and discussed how to achieve them. He is exactly what I have been looking for in a Dr.
