I feel very fortunate that my quest for a new family Doctor was so easy. My family moved back to Michigan after being away for 23 years. I had an amazing Doctor of 20 years so finding a new doctor who didn’t know me gave me a great deal of anxiety. We first scheduled my husband to be seen and my impression of Dr. Thwainey and his office was very positive, so positive I made an appointment for myself. My first visit was this week and I had a good experience. Dr. Thwainey listened to me, was kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable.

Since the last post I found out that my pharmacy was the issue and not the dr office that was delaying the process on my machine I apologize to the people at the office and hope that everything is well 🙏
I'll be honest, not a fan of the new people in the front desk unfortunately, phones go ringing and ringing without anyone answering because they having girl talk, there are people who need appointments yet they always stop answering the phone at 4:30... you close at 5. This inconveniences his patients FYI.
