Dr Haddad is just about the only doctor in this area who actually cares. Most doctors just push you on to someone else
Dr. HADDAD was very helpful in reviewing my symptoms and diagnosing the problem. However upon EMR review of my visit I noted several inaccuracies. My problem is on my left side and frequently the note stated right side. Please correct the note or add an addendum to clarify. Thank you
