The Winsor Health Center, Dr Albarcha, Nursing Staff and the Reception Staff, have provided me with the medical help that I needed. During times when I didn't have medical insurance. They helped me with programs I didn't know about to insure I was able to see doc and stay on my medications. Thank you All so much! I don't think its said enough.!
Dr Albarcha will ignore your pleas of relief for over 14 years and erase your medical records of those last 14 years from his files and tell you he cannot forward any if your medical history to no new physician, JESUS I CANT DO HIM NO LONGER
