I've been going to this place since 2020 (I live two blocks away) and have always had a satisfactory cut. The first time I went there, Bass convinced me to get a buzz cut, which I've stuck with, ever since. The price is comparatively low, too. Victoria has also cut my hair, several times, and also does a competent job. When I go in there, I don't mind which one does it. So, I'm having a difficulty reconciling some of the one-star reviews here.
