The entire experience was fantastic! The staff are courteous and prompt and always have a genuine smile. Our food was perfect. Hot and delicious, just what we were in the mood for! I would highly recommend the blackened walleye (slightly spicy, very juicy and perfectly cooked) and the red-skinned mashed potatoes (creamy and handmade). This place is terrible. The Conch fritters where under cooked, the alligator was spongy and the coconut shrimp where so over cooked that they where like rubber and this is just the appetizers. My wife's Grouper portifino was brutally over cooked that it was unrecognizable. My Mahi Mahi was as old as there decorations. Matter of fact the only fresh fish in the place is in the big fish tank that separates the bar from the restaurant. The service SUCKED! The best part of the meal was leaving.
