ZERO business etiquette!! Called to inquire about a tri-toon (Ranger 223FC w/a Merc 200 4s) that was supposed to be in stock and wanted to make sure it was before making the drive down to see it for myself. Kyle was short, curt, and didn't seem to want to be bothered. He asked how could he help me and informed him that he couldn't after talking to him.
