Did an application online for a boat and they called leaving a vague and ambiguous message with no reason to actually give them a call back. people these days. They just leave a voicemail demanding that you call them back with no actual information. It’s common for anyone leaving a voicemail these days.
Terrible quality and terrible service. Went looking to buy a boat motor, service guy insisted on electric. The electric motors seemed like cheap crap, went to the gas motors and found more of the same. Guy was yammering on his earpiece the whole time, save you cash and buy local.
Went to Cabela's to purchase a gun. Found the one I wanted. Went through the whole process to purchase and got approved. When we tried to buy it, the computer flagged it as not eligible for sale. It took three sales people to figure out there was a recall on the gun. Then I saw a recall notice posted on the counter. The gun should have been pulled from display upon immediately receiving the notice. Very disappointing shopping experience.
Glen and team are FANTASTIC. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Did a great job working with Mercury on an expensive warranty issue and got me fixed up good as new on my Tracker Classic XL. Highly recommend these guys!
