Absolutely ridiculous service. Walked in to buy a boat and nobody and I mean nobody was in the boat area. Walked up to the help desk to ask for help and the CSU rep said I don’t have anyone servicing the marina area tonight. He said he would try to have a person come back and help me. After 20 minutes of waiting I walked out. I will never walk through their doors again. Pathetic.
The Bass Pro Shop at the Allen location is truly a one-stop shop for everything outdoors. It offers a massive inventory of gear—from fishing, hunting, and camping supplies to boats, branded apparel, and optics. The store is thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to browse and explore different categories. Can not get anyone to communicate in a professional manner over getting the oil changed on our boat. They have had it going on three weeks... it is just an oil change! The service department does not treat women kindly when they call!!! I am only calling because you refuse to complete a job and or call to tell why it is so delayed.
