I've been in this place twice once to pickup a firearm and another to pick up a SCT frame and both times the service was very bad and associates were rude. Employees behind the counter were rude and didn't greet you when you walked in and they stood there and stared at me for 15 minutes before they decided to approach me and when they did their greeting was: What do you need? Picking up a gun there is like pulling teeth. The management really needs to get some polite and welcoming people to work that gun counter.
Where is the link to the site where you have your used firearms? Looking at 1 on the nationwide site but can't get on your site to look at the rest at your store.
Came for chest waders, talked guns and fishing pole. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
