If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. I started to buy a boat back in January we worked with a salesmen named Wyatt and he showed us a boat that was the same model just different colors that we wanted. I told him yes this is the boat that we would like. It was set up nice and worked well for my mom that is in a wheel chair. It has been 3 months and they still haven’t gotten our boat to us they say they are still waiting on parts. Bass Pro Slop is a terrible provider. Employees are not helpful, nor do they have any knowledge about the department they work in. Pricing reeks of corporate greed on many products. Do yourself a favor, shop at Scheels. Don't waste your time, money or energy with Bass Pro Slop.
Called to ask if they had a certain product, was on hold for over 10 minutes.Hung up and called back and rang over 7 times nobody picked up Customer service SUCKS. Will be going to Scheels from now on.
Don't go here to have you boat serviced. There are other highly qualified shops in the area to choose from. Horrible experience! I've had my 2021 Ranger 621 FS Cup serviced here twice. Prior to coming in for my most recent service, I asked to have them plug into the ECM on the Mercury 15hp Pro Kicker to verify the hours for a 300 hour service. BTW - they are supposed to be a Mercury authorized service center. When I picked the boat up I asked how many hours on the kicker? They told me, "we don't know, our tech doesn't have t... read more
