Bad experience returning something. Her name is kathe. Giving me an attitude asking me the same questions repeatedly why are you returning this item… I gave her a specific detailed reason because she kept asking the same question. Bass pro "should" have the World's best selection of fishing rods, but it was barely satisfactory. They need to get more selection or just give up.
