We bought a a invisible fence collar for our dog and didn't know we would have to pay for a prescription for 30$ a month..We sent it back to Bass pro shop Prairie Du Chienin April and still haven't got a refund.I talked to a guy he said it might take a couple weeks to be refunded.Its now the end of May and still nothing.I called today and the lady sa8d they are 3 months behind..WTH is going on....Won't never purchase anything from them again.PERIOD
Shipping is terrible from any Bass pro shop in Wisconsin. Do not recommend shopping at any Wisconsin locations either. The staff are not helpful. Made an online order last month and it shipped from a different store. I received my holster as an open box. Then they sent another one to replace it after I returned it. The next one they sent was still an open box but it had everything inside it. Now I'm ordering a lock box and the shipping is taking way longer than it should be. For a few years now I have been ordering hiking shorts from Bass Pro Shops. I am in Florida but they seem to get sent from this location. I have never visited this location so I can't review my personal experience with the store. However, I can review the products that I received and they seem to be pretty good quality they hold up real good I use my shorts for work so they get plenty of use. If somebody would need cargo hiking shorts they won't be disappointed. The brand I use is Red Head.
