I posted a review yesterday about rude service, and being physically threatened by an employee in the fishing department that was witnessed by a female employee, and 2 service member customers. The Manager, Michael Clifton, was even more rude and unhelpful. There was a response to my complaint on Google from BPS with an email address to copy and paste my complaint and send in to the Company so it could be addressed. Took the girls to see Santa and got in a little before our appointment so that was wonderful. We also shopped around and got our 11 year old a new bike. The bike is very nice and the best we've seen in the weeks leading up to the purchase.
Could be a lot better.
As always the atmosphere was great and staff was very helpful and friendly
