We purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses from your establishment on a previous date. We drove almost 2 hours from our home to come to your store to have them sent off for prescription lenses. We arrived at the sunglasses desk. We were informed that the employee did not know how to do it. Went to the service desk, they informed us that she was the only person there for the sunglasses desk.
