It's as if noone works here and the few that are present are in no hurry to help or look away from their phones. I asked the cashier for change, who was too busy to look up from her phone and pointed at the customer service desk. I had to figure out by hand signal what she was trying to tell me. Stood at the service desk patiently for 5 minutes while another customer was being helped.
