I have been shopping here for 20 + years. I have bought guns and bows here and was always please with the relaxed professionalism, friendly service and rustic atmosphere. They have a great rifle, pistol and bow range that I have used over the years many times.
Very bad customer experience at Bass Pro Shop in Grapevine TX. I went today to buy a pair of hunting boots. My budget was under $100 (it's my first time going hunting and want to make sure I'll enjoy it before I'll buy the more expensive gear)). Found a pair that I've liked on sale for $89.95. I purchased a Sun Tracker FB 20DLX in June of 2013. I received my trailer plate and registration shortly thereafter. Over the course of the next 2 years, I moved, and my next opportunity to use the boat was in July of 2015. I went to the tax office to renew the registration on the trailer, so I could legally move the boat. Bought a gun during a sale. It was to come with a free gun case. Heard the same gun advertised cheaper at Crazy Gun Dealer but I really wanted the case. Go to pick up my gun and case, to be told they must have given away the case being held for me and they are out. So I told them to keep the gun. I will never shop here again!
Way over priced compared to cabelas and academy i wouldn't have come if i wasn't given a gift card don't waste any time here for shooting supplies limited supply and way overpriced
