Love this place. The fish tank is awesome. Lots of fishing equipment.
Drove one hour there to pick up firearm but turned away even though it was one hour before store closure. Told me that they need 20-40 minutes for paperwork. Ok, I understand that it may take time for paperwork, but could you let customer know beforehand that it will take a lot of time? Also, why so big differences between employees about how much time for paperwork?
Went here waited an hour and 15 minutes in queue for firearms and a worker manually inputted another customer in front of us in queue. He helped that person he put in front of us and cut us off saying that he could not do anymore sales. Wasted my time and after confrontation he states, “well there’s nothing I can do.” Why bother with a queue when you don’t stick to the queue?
Found what I needed at a good price.
