Very disappointed with the food in the resturant, will not be eating here again.
There should be a limited number of people and kids allowed in the Christmas part of this store. Way too overcrowded. Waited and waited with my kids to see Santa but after being cramped in that little space, just took them Fort Henry mall. Didn't have to wait any longer than 5 minutes.
I have had my grandsons pic with Santa for 8 years. I like the store, and grew up looking in my dads magazine of Bass.
Absolutely impressed with Bass Pro Shops and their Santa! The girls had the best experience, the staff and Santa were extra nice (and patient). They gave us several pictures, a picture frame and Santa gave the girls candy canes and special coins. Thank you for being so wonderful!
Very nice store I live about 2 hours from there and decided to come up there yesterday I had a great time and I love how the store was made every body should check it out

They have really stepped up there picture taking with Santa from what it was a few years ago. Love the shopping experience. Salesman at the gun counter are very helpful. Wasn’t harassed by the travel timeshare while standing in line for Santa, but the checkout lines were the slowest I’ve ever seen. All but 2 registers were open, each line had 1 person ahead of us, we gave up on the 1st 2 lines we stood in, and the was a young cashier, my husband had grabbed an item with no tag on it so I ran to grab another.
