I have never been sorry
Went in to purchase a pair of boots. Store was mostly empty, approximately 5 30 pm on a Tuesday. The sales associate went to retrieve the requested size boot, which took him roughly 10 minutes, then walked away, saying he would "be right back". 15 minutes later, after at least 10 employees, and one manager, had walked by me with no offer of assistance, I walked out the door. I do believe I will NOT be walking back in that door. Good excuse to take a day trip to Pigeon Forge or Charlotte stores.
