Bought a gun online. Employee at the store never took it out of the box, just opened the box to get serial number from the gun. When I got it all opened at home, I found out the gun and scope were scratched and dirty and it had a store display sticker on the box. Called customer service to see what could be done, I paid full price for a new gun, and they gave me a scratched-up store demo model. They refused to exchange for new gun or offer partial refund to bring it down to a used gun price. Very poor customer service and ve... read more
