Interesante tienda, acordé a la temática
I had a question at the rifle counter and it became too much of a hassle for the associate to assist. It wasn't very busy and there were only a couple people at the counter. I was rudely waved away and told to sign-in at the kiosk. The kiosk required my name, email, and phone number in order for me to even talk to someone. This is the worst kind of customer service. I guess I'll just drive out to Scheels where someone will actually talk to me without requiring all of my personal information first.
