Raymond Bass called to let me know he would arrive about 4:30 and he did , replaced my old sink and faucet with new upgraded ones , very professional, gave me valuable information on a question I ask him , very pleased with his work , professional, cleaned of his work place , excellent experience!!!
Come by, said needed to order part and left. Bass plumber did not cut off water properly before he left so it flooded the bathroom and adjoining bonus room. Refused to take responsibility and never came back. $10,000 repair.
Failed to complete the job. Not very professional. Unhappy with warranty service and extraneous fees.
Agree with every one star rating on this review site. Bass tech showed up on the wrong day and advised us to pursue a course of action with our Kitchen faucet manufacturer that turned out to be impossible. Office mgr was rude, unhelpful, etc. Told me that I was NOT her customer, they only worked for the Warrenty company. Owner was supposed to call back before last weekend. Have heard nothing! just terrible service in every department.

Thank you to the fast response and care the owner and plumber who helped in an emergency and with other things needed while on the job. I highly recommend them.
Bass plumbing is very Unprofessional, Unreliable, and is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of any person after initially contacting them to survey our issue. The only positive thing I have to say is that they came out very fast to survey the issue, other than that they have not shown any interest in communicating with or about our issue at all or making my business a priority to them.
