Best experience I've had with a plumbing company! I had a family member recommend them and am so happy they did! Extremely thorough and professional! You definitely can tell they're not there to rip you off or take advantage, they explain everything in detail and do lots of testing (which I'm so thankful for). Highly recommend them!
When the company was referred to me at the first time, I was hesitant to call as their review score is lower than 4.5. Now I feel this company is 100% underrated. They are professional, fast, and charging reasonable price. My toilet has an unusual running water issue, and I have had other plumbers come. None of them fixed it, until I met Josh from Bass. I had to have a gas inspection done on my house. The process was NOT explained to me by Jennifer at Bass Plumbing at all. They said it would be an hour tops. They did not mention that this would be an all day event, waiting on many different inspectors to come out causing me to miss a full day of work. Jennifer was extremely rude when I called to ask questions. I had to ask questions because she was not forthcoming with any information at all. I will NOT be working with Bass Plumbing again.
