Not even worth one star, my dog stayed there for seven days and he came back with his head scratched, nose and side of the neck. The day before to pick him up I was informed his nose was hurt but they didn’t know how. During his stay I called to check on him multiple times and they said everything was ok. I will start with the good. This place does seem to care for your dogs based on what we saw during the facility tour. Now, let’s talk about why we gave this place a 1 star review. 1) They don’t list their pricing online. 2) They offer multiple “packages” to give your dog more attention and play time. 3) They are unclear on how often the dogs will be let out for relief. 4) Their pricing is vague and misleading. Huge turnover rate in the staff. Owner is extremely rude. I was a regular client for the last 3 years until the last time I dropped off my dog. She was there for 6 days and came back with all of her food. Only missing 1 cup!! I took her to the vet the same day, they said she suffered of neglect and also came back with behavioral issues. Do not take your dog where there are no cameras
