Michael Bass is correct that he never did work for me, because he kept putting me off and putting me off, just dragging it out and kept telling me he had more 'lucrative' jobs ie: painting the Mayors house. This is after promising he would do the job at my house and the last minute told me to just 'forget it'. I believe because he just didn't want to do the work at the price he quoted.
