This place is the most difficult place to work with or get anything done. My mom was forced back to work after cancer treatment because they would not fill out her disability or work paperwork, granted they filled out the work paperwork and filled it out incorrectly and it was kicked back and trying to get anyone to help has been a chase. My son had an appointment with Dr. Hannabass prior to having surgery. He made a follow up appointment but had surgery in between. We had to cancel the appt once because he was still recovering and then had to recancel the next appointment because he was sick with a fever. I was completely berated by the receptionist for cancelling and was told that we could reschedule, but if he couldn't make it the next time he would be dropped from the practice. I had a referral for Kyle Hannabass ENT for a foreign body embedded in my right earlobe (plastic earring back) He was pleasant, explained what he was going to do, removed an earring back from my earlobe, prescribed an antibiotic, told me to keep area clean, use alcohol and topical antibiotic ointment. I had forgotten to ask him for a prescription needed to counteract the antibiotic so I wouldn't end up with a yeast infection.
