My elderly father was told by this office, multiple days in a row, that his sustained 103-104 fever was not a concern. Despite several pre-existing conditions. Now my father is in the E.R. with a probable MRSA infection. Left untreated because of the advice of these "medical professionals".
Made the patient wait for more than an hour to be seen by doctor even though you have an appointment scheduled. Receptionists are short with people and rude.
