George is a wonderful inspector who went above and beyond my expectations. He was thorough and patient, taking the time to explain everything in great detail to ensure I understood his findings. The report given to us after the inspection was easy to read, and listed everything he found, down to the smallest detail. Thanks to Bass Home Inspection, I now have peace of mind about purchasing my new home. I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10.
George Basista was an excellent inspector! He made us feel super comfortable, and spent over 2 hours with us. His price was VERY affordable compared to other inspectors. He made sure to explain in detail all of his concerns with our new home. He has a great personality! We left feeling much more confident in our purchase, and knowing exactly what needed to be focused on going forward. We will be recommending him in the future to anyone looking for an inspector. When they came out to do an inspection for the buyer on my home he tried to say stuff was missing which wasn't and "live wires" where actually CCTV wires ( not electrical) from the previous home homeowner installation. Not very knowledgeable on plumbing tried say that a push button for a shower was missing the knob to turn it on. I do not recommend to use them in any fashion.

####Home buyers beware###!!! this is lengthy and winded, please read before hiring them!!!!!!!!!!!This service is terrible. I had the young man come out and do an inspection on a home I was considering. After the basic inspection was complete I had him do a Radon Test. My offer to the seller of the home was contingent on inspection, so any remedies or updates needed have to be negotiated between the seller and buyer 3 business days after the inspection is complete.
