I have sent them 3 emails since 5th September. No1 getting back to me at all. I have 4 dogs. 3 are due for their vaccination. I have my own vet at Fairfield on Railway pde and they offering excellent services. I cant go there coz cant drive anymore. So planning to take my boys/girl to Bass Hill Vet hospital. Seem like they dont want my business coz i only have 4 dogs.
The vet was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Dr Ashley was very knowledgeable and provided her time to thoroughly answer all our questions. We would recommend basshill veterinary clinic to everyone as everyone on the team is very understanding.
Ruby was the best over the phone . So amazing, so efficient , and so lovely. She helped me out with my beautiful 3 cats.
