I cannot thank the team at Bass Hill Veterinary Hospital enough for the care and compassion they showed both my cat and I during his devastating illness and through his stay at their facility. My boy was diagnosed with panleukopenia (parvovirus), and from the very beginning the staff treated him with urgency, dedication, and so much kindness. The receptionists at Bass Hill Vet are kind, considerate and understand veterinary care extremely well. They always process my Gap-Only payments in a timely manner and the vets are knowledgable and always provide my cat with the best care and consideration. I am very happy to have a great clinic near me.
I’ve had a great experience with Bass Hill Veterinary Hospital. I got my cat spayed there and they have been very accomodating and supportive through the whole process. They have been very prompt and are very knowledgeable with any questions or concerns I had through the process. Would definitely recommend!
