I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this medical centre. I brought in a one‑year‑old child with a high temperature, and we were refused care. Turning away a sick toddler in obvious discomfort is unacceptable and shows a lack of compassion and responsibility. Families rely on medical centres for support in urgent moments, and this experience has left me deeply concerned about the standard of care provided here.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Dr Peter and the team at Bass Hill Plaza Medical Centre! Dr Peter is absolutely amazing super knowledgeable, kind and made me feel so at ease. The receptionist was also super helpful and friendly, they were great with me too! Can't fault the service I received, would highly recommend! Luisella.
Absolutely like Dr Peter, he helps and explains things quite well and has helped me with other stuff issues. Staff there are lovely and great customer service and patient.
