While some of the doctors here are genuinely caring and professional, there is a doctor in particular who make patients feel like seeking help is a personal inconvenience to him. He especially comes across as incredibly dismissive and condescending. Rather than listening carefully to concerns, he seems eager to brush them aside with a “you’ll be fine” attitude. Although all the doctors are absolutely amazing, dr Tong will have to be the best. Always makes you feel welcome And doesn’t rush you. The reception staff is also great and very clean medical Centre
I felt like I was neglected/dismissed every time I saw Dr Tong. It could either be racism or could just be his demeanour; unsure. I have been to other doctors/clinics, and personally, it feels like a night and day difference.
