I am beyond frustrated with this medical centre. I brought my young infant in seeking medical care and was refused to be seen because they claimed they were “fully booked” — despite the waiting room being completely empty. As a parent, this is extremely distressing. Turning away a baby without even attempting to assist or triage, especially when there are clearly no patients waiting, is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care, professionalism, and duty of care. Ladies at reception not very welcoming and friendly - very dry, then they ask to make appointments yet you still wait up to half hour to an hour...
This place is the best with wonderful staff and heaps of drs. Every drs clinic has a bit of a wait but just depends on the people that wanna go in there and take forever the drs clearly can’t control that all in all I don’t want more people to come here but can’t lie with a bad review when I like everything about this drs surgery
