My favourite medical centre, always very welcoming and accommodating. They have awesome Doctors. They are that great that I don't see just 1 Doctor i pretty much am happy to see all doctors! Big shout out to Ghada and her team at the reception for all they do! Super busy medical centre - that's how you know they're awesome! visited this medical centre today for the first time with my daughter, and unfortunately my experience with the male receptionist was very disappointing. He asked if my daughter was a new patient. I honestly said I wasn't sure because I thought my husband might have brought her here before. Instead of helping me work it out, he said, "At least be honest," and told me I had selected "not a new patient" when booking online. They are Great Receptionist there and great Drs the receptionists are always going that extra mile to fit you in and get you to see your dr. We see Dr Nguyen and she is one of the best very thorough very smart.
While some of the doctors here are genuinely caring and professional, there is a doctor in particular who make patients feel like seeking help is a personal inconvenience to him. He especially comes across as incredibly dismissive and condescending. Rather than listening carefully to concerns, he seems eager to brush them aside with a “you’ll be fine” attitude.
