Amazing service received today from Bass Heating and Cooling. Scheduling a service call was just a text away. Anthony had our HVAC returned to optimum service within a short time. Also ensured that I was signed up for regular maintenance support contract. Great customer service! I do recommend Anthony to anyone that is looking for service or repairs and especially consider checking out the ongoing maintenance service contract to ensure your equipment is maintained in optimum condition.
Very good service and knowledgeable. Did a complete assessment of my unit for better performance and came up with solutions that other services didn't.
Was time for my semi-annual AC check up and the day I call for an appointment I had a problem. Anthony came that same day and sorted everything out at a VERY low price. Being a member of his service group was the best thing I have ever done. Sabine Parish call him and sign up…worth his weight in gold!
