Love Bass' Grass - owner is super friendly and flexible, they do a great job and are easy to deal with. Been doing my lawn for years. Highly recommended.
We have used this service for over 3 years and lately they aren’t edging and cutting the grass in all my areas of my yard! I wrote a letter in my last payment but haven’t heard anything yet. No answer when I try and call
I am extremely disappointed in the way they handle their clients. I got a flier in the mail that prompted me to call them. Original call was in March.. it’s now July. They said they were gonna come out by end of April, then end of May, then they blamed all the rain and said they would get to it when they get to it and if I need to take my money elsewhere then so be it. I don't use this service, they were cutting a lawn a few houses down across the street. Parked in front of my house blocking both my and my neighbors driveway. Left a bag of lawn clipping in my front yard and drove away.
RecommendedMisunderstanding..but takes pride and does a great job! My neighbor kid cut and they stopped..but we’re on track and couldn’t ask for more...
I have had horrible service and tried to call and cancel and it says the number has been disconnected. I have had to call them twice to come out because they forgot and they wait for 3 months at the end of the year to send a bill so right at Christmas time I get hit with a $300 bill.
Cannot say yet they have yet to cut.. however I will post when they do.. I have a project if they take it on that will be nice.. new area in the side yard of pavers perhaps.. ....
I have used Bass' Grass for 12 years and they are far and away the best around. Very careful and polite. My neighbors started using them too after seeing how well they took care of my lawn. Highly recommend.
I am so glad that I found Bass' Grass Service. I have been with them for a few years now and they are great. Owner and employees are all very nice. They are very reliable and they do GREAT work !! My lawn has never looked better! I tried other services before finding Bass' Grass and I can tell you they didn't compare. I highly recommend them !!!
