We thought we booked a room at Ullikana Inn, but only to find out upon arrival that it is the Bass Cottage Inn that was next to it. Stayed at Ullikana a few years back and loved it. The room we had at Bass is a bit larger, and equally comfortable and nice inside. Water pressure is somehow low but ok. The heater needed for Oct night in ME (apparently same unit as A/C) was not on and when I tried it did not work. Found out later from the site manager, the controller cover can be slide down to make adjustment but there was no c... read more
Beautiful place , best location and most important- grate service!
I had a great experience with my 2 night stay here. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable! It is also in a great location right in the heart of Bar Harbor. There is also delicious breakfast served every morning. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it. Thank you Bass Cottage Inn!!
We spent 4 nights here in early October. The location just off Main St can't be beat. Breakfast was awesome with both a sweet or a savory option.
