I arrived early, before opening time and was number 4. I had the blood test 1 and 1/2 hours later, and by then the numbers were up to 16 overflowing the waiting area. The tester (M) barely tightened the tourniquet and then later wondered why the flow was so slow. When she was labelling the vials, she realised she had not done enough, so had to go into the vein a second time (I reminded her to tighten the tourniquet). Worse hospital ever, rather go to a vet.. nurses are great.
