Visited the urgent care clinic today as was on the Island and had sore eye found out it was infected as had a blocked duct. From time I arrived was a very caring professional operation. Great that this medical service is available on the Island.

I waited around three hours before leaving because I needed to keep my foot elevated. I understand that emergency departments work on priority, however during the wait my foot swelled back to how it was two days prior. The receptionist on duty was rude, which didn’t help an already uncomfortable situation. Aside from that, the service itself is good the nurses are amazing and kind, if you’re able to actually see a doctor is the Challenge. Be prepared for long wait times, or consider trying to get an appointment elsewhere.

My fiancé went there because she could not get a doctors appointment anyway with a realistic timeframe and it was very busy but the compassion and understanding shown by all of the staff was amazing to say the least. I think a lot of hospitals could take a leaf out of this Team’s book. You guys are amazing and you probably don’t get told that enough but From our family to all the team there. Thank you it was very much appreciated. And all of you girls/guys are a true credit to your discipline. Well done

Had fall and went to clinic. Very much appreciated care given Katrina was great, looked after me with care and concern.
