Not happy they left a chronic pain sufferer sitting in their uncomfortable waiting room seats for hours moaning and crying in 10 out of 10 pain. Their idea of pain management might work on someone who hasn’t been taking pain killers for 30years. They were not slammed enough that they could not have at least offered a suitable chair or bed to wait in.while waiting hours to be diagnosed.
Everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful which I'm so grateful for in my time of need, especially the radiology department.
Very grateful to staff from triage, through to nurse and Dr. Thank you for looking after me so well and kindly.
