My daughter was seen promptly by the administrative clerk, then the triage nurse and Dr. All were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. I can’t thank them enough.

if you think you maybe needing a xrays or ultrasound etc ring first - I waited hours saw the Dr then was told there was no radiographers so i had to drive myself all the way to Wonthaggi for a scan where i was charged $218.00 Christmas eve on a healthcare card .

Still the same Waiting time too way long; more than one & half hour to see the doctor in the new urgent care here at Phillip Island Hospital.

I went in with chest pains a week ago, never again, I would rather die than trust them. It’s too bad that they can’t be kind because what goes around comes around, Karma people, Karma. They hurt me😢and they don’t care.
